  TTI demonstrates portable Emergency Control Signal for Police and Fire emergencies. The radio controlled and conflict monitored signal directs traffic on 4 directions, and fits in the trunk of a police cruiser and improves officers' safety by removing them from harm's way.

• Dreamworks selects the Unilight traffic control signal to design and create the movie set of a "town of the future" for the movie The Time Machine

March 2001

• Cheyenne, WY completes satisfactory field test of Unilight single lens traffic control signal to relieve weight and wind loads on mast arms. Color impaired drivers testify to the city that the Unilight single lens LED signal fully and satisfactorily meets their needs
